At Mini Joy Market, we want you to shop with confidence. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items, hygiene-related products, and intimate-use products (including breast pumps) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
